Go to NAMSA websiteNAMSA offers a range of Spore  Discs and Stainless Steel Spore Coupons validated for use with vapourised hydrogen peroxide sanitisation (VHP) and sterilisation applications.

BI's for use with hydrogen peroxide sanitisation (VHP) are available inoculated with either Bacillus atrophaeus or Geobacillus stearothermophilus spores onto glass fibre discs, stainless steel discs or stainless steel coupons. The products are package in packs of 100 either in individual Glassine or Tyvek/Mylar envelopes or in bulk.

The BI's are certified for dvalue, surival time, kill time as well spore population.

NAMSA Spore Strips and Discs - Biological Indicators for Monitoring the Sterilisation Process
Go to NAMSA websiteNAMSA offers a range of Spore Strips, Mini-Spore Strips and Spore Discs to suite steam, dry heat, EO (Ethylene Oxide) and gamma irradiation sterilisation processes. Due to their small size (Strips - 6mm x 30mm, Mini-Strips - 2mm x 10mm and Discs - 3mm and 6mm), these products can be easily inserted into the smallest places eg the barrel of a syringe, to ensure the entired sterilisation load is being effectively sterilised. These biological indicators are available packaged in glassine envelopes or in bulk and in a range of spore populations from 102 to 108 for each.

These biological indicators have shelf life of 24 months (except BS52306 which is 15 months) from date of manufacture, are stored at 15-30°C and are certified for spore population, purity and resistance (dvalue, zvalue, survival and kill where applicable).
