By clicking on the next to "Price List" under the "Product/Applications Areas" links below, you will be taken to "Online Ordering" and a list of all SPIbio products will be generated within the selected "Product/Application Area". From there the search can be further refined by selecting a "Product Group" and clicking on "Guided Search".

Alternatively, go directly to Online Ordering for a list of all SPIbio products which can then be similarly searched by "Application Area" and then by "Product Group".

The AChE® Technology
Acetylcholinesterase (AChE®), the enzyme label for EIA, has the fastest turnover of any enzymatic label. AChE® assays are developed using Ellman's reagent which contains acetylthiocholine as a substrate. The final product of the enzymatic reaction is 5-thio-2-nitrobenzoic acid which is bright yellow and can be read at 405-420nm.

AChE® offers several advantages compared to the enzymes conventionally used in EIA's:
