We take great care in packaging the books for you, but should you receive your order damaged , we will replace your order, at no extra cost. Please contact us via email or phone/fax (07) 3394 4556 and we will advise you what to do, as we will require the damaged books to be returned to us, before we can send out your replacement order. We do not accept returns/exchanges for a change of mind.
